The Story Behind Mishkabobs
Many years ago, I was living in Florida. I spent much of my time on the Central West Coast, in and around Tampa, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg. I spent most of my time working, but have to admit, longed to spend my time on the beach near the beautiful water. My nickname given to me by my beloved friends caught on, and so Mish was born. We often joked about what we would do as we spent time on the beach, and I came up with my favorite past time, cooking and grilling. I said I’d open a restaurant and call it “Mishkabobs.” And so there you have it. Please enjoy finding your way around the website. I’m still working on various parts, but I’m excited to bring my dream to you. Happy grilling! Mish

What can I say? I’m a mom first, and anyone who knows me will come to realize I love to make my friends feel at home and feed them a delicious meal. I don’t mind trying new recipes if they’re willing to take a chance with me. And who knows? I may just become the next Food Network Diva. Until then, I’m happy to make your acquaintance!
